A buyer's agent is your ally when it comes to buying a home. They look out for your interests and act as an advisor and negotiator.
They will show you all listings of houses available meeting your specific criteria. (#beds/baths, price range, location, etc.)
They will help you formulate an offering price and negotiate with the seller/seller's agent on your behalf.
They monitor and advise you on the details of the transaction, such as; escrow, home inspections, appraisals and can supply qualified referrals if necessary.
They work closely with your loan officer to make sure they are getting everything they need to complete your loan.
This is all done at no cost to the buyer.
